We don’t like to think about it - but we should – so that we can plan properly for thefuture while living fully for today. Otherwise our loved ones can find themselves in the distressing and expensive situation of having to apply to a court for the right to manage our affairs if we can’t do so ourselves any more.

By planning ahead we can set up a Lasting Power of Attorney so that those we trustcan look after our best interests if we lose our decision-making abilities. There’s lots we can do now to support carers and frailer members of our community, improve understanding, and stay as healthy as possible.

The session offers:

Chance to hear carers’ experiences, share your own & ask questions

Free entry and tea/coffee – donations towards costs welcome

Registration and refreshments from 10:00am
